Esteem is a Project funded by the European Social Fund, (ESF). The project is managed by The Welsh Contact Centre Forum and delivered in partnership with community based organisations and the private sector. The Welsh contact centre market is very vibrant – currently over 160 contact centres in Wales with more than 24,000 employee, and growth predictions varying between 20 – 30% cumulatively over the next three years. This growth is predicted to come from both Inward Investment and, more significantly, indigenous growth.
The Welsh Contact Centre Forum is a high value Employers’ Form for the contact centres in Wales. In addition to providing the strategic direction for contact centres in Wales, we also offer our members the following services:
