Welcome to Esteem
Enhanced Skills Training for Ethnic Minorities. Esteem is a Workshop and Training Programme supported by local Community Organisations in Cardiff Bay, Employers in the area and the Welsh Contact Centre Forum (Ltd).
The programme has been developed to provide job seekers with the opportunity to learn more about the career opportunities within the growing Contact Centre Industry in Wales. Most of the major Contact Centre jobs are located in South East Wales specifically Cardiff City Centre and Cardiff Bay with over 15,000 people employed in the Industry.
The Esteem programme will give you as a job seeker the opportunity to firstly attend a local Workshop to understand what jobs are available and what skills you might need to work for a Contact Centre. Following this you will be able to attend a one week Training Course which on completion will give you an accredited Certificate in Call Handling Skills.
For all those who complete the course our employer partners guarantee an Interview for a job.
